Charley consults primarily in the areas of organizational/team
leadership, sales management and sales and marketing
effectiveness. Charley has a diverse background that
includes executive, financial and sales management roles.
He has developed successful organizations for early
stage companies, and has built and managed larger scale
distribution channels for Fortune 1000 organizations.
Charley's professional experience includes:
- Executive level roles including CEO, COO, CFO and
VP of Sales.
- Both high tech startups and large companies (Price
Waterhouse, StorageTek, JD Edwards, Baan).
- Founder and a key executive in
several early stage companies.
- Developed financing strategies and worked closely with venture
capitalists/private investors.

Charley received BS degrees in both Finance and Accounting
from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also has been
