Karen's broad experience and
progressive approach to dealing
with the human capital issues

of all sizes at multiple levels,

Fargo, Marsh & McLennan,
SeeCommerce, Peninsula Community
Foundation and Deloitte
Consulting.
Karen's education includes a
BS in Organizational Behavior
from the University of San
Francisco as well as continuous
learning through leadership and
professional training. She is a
graduate of the Coach
Training Program at Coach
University, and is trained in a
number of diagnostic tools,
including: The
Insights Evaluator, The
Leadership Challenge, DISC Style
Analysis and various
360-feedback instruments.
Karen plays a key role in the
Bay Area business community. She
serves on the board of Mentoring
Circles, a non-profit
organization assisting women
entrepreneurs grow their
businesses. She is also a member
of the International Coaching
Federation and the Phoenix
Society, and works with the Alisa
Ann Ruch Burn Foundation
